How We Use Client Feedback

Listening to our clients has helped us improve our service, refine our offering, and better support the needs of users across the industry.
At Mondo Pin, client feedback has always played a central role in how we grow and improve our platform. Over the years, while delivering one of the industry’s most user-friendly GNSS solutions, we have continued to learn, adapt, and evolve based on how the market responds and what our clients need most. This same approach led to the development of Mondo Pin itself, after recognising that GNSS corrections were often expensive and difficult to manage. We focused on addressing both of these challenges to create a more accessible and efficient solution for users across the industry. Over the past five years, we have also worked closely with client feedback to shape our new web portal, ensuring it resolves many of the key issues users previously faced. Common requests such as being able to view how many users are online, where they are working, and understanding why a user may not be able to connect have all now been addressed as part of the new platform experience.

Many of the improvements we have introduced have come directly from listening to our clients and understanding the challenges they face in the field. One of the most common pieces of feedback we hear is, “We love the option for a monthly subscription.” When Mondo Pin first entered the GNSS space, flexible licensing options were rarely available, with most providers requiring users to commit to full annual contracts regardless of their actual usage requirements. By introducing flexible monthly licensing, we helped make GNSS technology more accessible and practical for a wider range of businesses and projects.
Another common response we hear is, “We never used GNSS before because the cost was too high, and we didn’t need it for a full year.” Feedback like this has continued to reinforce our focus on affordability, flexibility, and ease of access. As the industry has evolved, we are proud to have played a role in helping drive more user-friendly licensing options and making GNSS solutions easier to adopt across the market.
We have also heard from clients that they are never able to identify where different members of their teams are using it or why they are not being able to connect. We have made this information visible to the users so they are able to monitor their license in a more transparent way. Our clients often save costs by sharing their connections amongst their team because of the transparency offered by the platform.
